Re-sizing: "Part II" of last month's demo, showing the effect of enlarging an image from 400 x 600 to 2000 x 3000, in an 8-step enlargement, and again in a 1-step enlargement, with a comparison of the visible difference between the two.
Color Matching: A walk-through of what's involved in using an IT-8 profile to calibrate a scanner prior to scanning/printing.

RAW Format: A walk-through of what's involved in correcting a photo taken with the wrong color balance (i.e., an outdoor scene shot at an incandescent-light setting).

Jeff B. (the other) showed techniques to improve head and shoulder portraits using creating a selection with Selective Color, enhancements using Layer Masks and technique for incorporating different backgrounds.

Harry E. gave a second demo showing how to give a person a natural tan using the Linear Burn Blend Mode, Layer Mask and Channel Mixer.
